AIRBLAST POLAND Blast Room

We offer ready-to-use, complete blast rooms equipped with devices and machinery (a detailed description of the individual components, equipment, and accessories is provided below) for abrasive blasting and anti-corrosion work.

The advantage of the proposed solution is that the workspace is located inside a container, integrated with the equipment and all the necessary installations. As a result, no time-consuming and costly adaptation of a room is required to be designated for the blast room. The installation of the chamber only requires space in a hall or warehouse and connections for electrical power and compressed air. No foundations or basements are necessary for the chamber’s installation.

The blast rooms are designed and manufactured by Airblast Poland and feature new, high-quality equipment manufactured by the Airblast group. The set includes accessories for one workstation and safety equipment for one operator.

Along with the chamber, we provide delivery and mechanical and electrical installation on-site at the customer’s location, as well as commissioning and operator training.

The working material used in the cleaning process can be steel shot or other abrasive media. The chamber is designed for one operator.
