Internal pipe blasting equipment

Unlike our standard nozzles, these products are specially designed to thoroughly clean the interior of pipes. Think, for example, of pipelines used for transporting oil or gas. To provide you with the best possible options, we offer various attachments that allow you to work quickly and efficiently.

For narrow pipes, we offer two solutions. The Circleblast pipe blaster is a pipe-blasting device designed to clean pipes with an outer diameter of 13 to 305 mm. This machine is equipped with a deflection tip that blows the blasting mixture into the pipe in a fanned pattern. This creates a wide, circular pattern, allowing you to clean the inside of the pipe while moving the tool through it. We also offer a miniature version of this device for pipes between 13 and 32 mm.

For pipes ranging from 203 to 915 mm, we offer the Spinnerblast pipe blaster. This device is compatible with a large part of our blasting machines. The pipe blaster has two special blast heads that release the blasting media as the device is moved through the pipe. Thanks to the machine’s high rotation speed, it is possible to clean every millimetre of the pipe.

For pipes ranging from 1016 mm to 1930 mm, we offer the Jumbo pipe blaster. This device is highly versatile and easy to use. The tool travels the length of the pipe on three sets of wheels. At the front of the device are two rotating blast heads.

Thanks to the central sled and wheels, the device is easy to manoeuvre and fully supported. It provides a uniform cleaning of the internal surface, and to treat the outside of the pipe, you only need to switch the blast head.

To achieve even better results, we also offer a suitable semi-automatic winch system. This system ensures a constant speed at which the blasting machine moves through the inside of the pipe. You can set this speed yourself up to 3 metres per minute to ensure an even clean. Meanwhile, the operator can perform other tasks or operate multiple machines at once.
