Abrasive cleaning
Ensuring clean abrasive recycling
Pure uncontaminated abrasive is very important when blasting an item; this largely determines productivity during blasting. Used abrasive in Sybrandy blasting plants is therefore cleaned thoroughly in our cleaning system. It is separated from dust and undesired particles in our cascade cleaner and possibly also with a drum screen. The cleaned abrasive will be returned to the storage silo and dust and undesired particles will be neatly collected in big bags or sacks.

Thorough abrasive cleaning system
Would you like to apply alternately or simultaneously a metallic and a non-metallic abrasive in the blast room? In that case, we will equip the system with the optional magnet separation system. After blasting and cleaning, the metallic and non-metallic abrasive will be stored separately each in separate compartments of the silo.
