Crushed glass blasting media
No free iron
Glass grit is an iron free angular abrasive made of high quality glass, which is used on surfaces like (stainless) steel, non-ferrous metals and wood. This recycled crushed glass is also often used in facade and concrete cleaning.
The shape of crushed glass for sandblasting creates a more angular surface profile on the surface being blasted than glass beads.
