Vacuum vs. Pressure Blast Cabinets

Vacuum injection sandblasting cabinets are suitable for delicate materials and precision work. These systems provide excellent control and are ideal for cleaning tasks where detail is crucial. It is more accessible due to lower investment costs and less maintenance involved.
Pressure blast cabinets, on the other hand, are used when more blasting power is required. The high pressure used by these cabinets delivers extra force to quickly remove stubborn contamination and rust. These systems work efficiently on more heavy-duty cleaning tasks. As opposed to vacuum blast cabinets, pressure blast cabinets are strong enough to blast with (stainless) steel grit, which have an excellent lifetime and are very durable.
