Product description
Our blast rooms are known for their modular construction with robust sandwich panels, steel panels or a constructional room with wear-resistant wall covering.
Various types of specially protected and dust-proof lighting fittings provide a good view. The access doors can be constructed as (double) hinged or special overhead doors. Safety switches on these doors will automatically switch off the abrasive tank if a door is opened during blasting.
The custom-built blast room can be equipped with abrasive recovery options including: sweeping pit, cross conveyor, U shape, H shape, and complete floor automatic recovery with conveyor system or scrappers; down draft or cross draft dust extraction; automatic grit recycling incorporating magnetic separation.
