Blast Hoses for Industrial Abrasive Blasting
Operators rely on blast hoses as a critical component within professional blasting equipment. Therefore, Airblast manufactures high-quality blast hoses in the most commonly used diameters, available in heavy-duty and extra heavy-duty executions. This range allows operators to select the right hose configuration based on operating pressure, abrasive type and application intensity.
The blast hoses combine high wear resistance, an antistatic outer cover and a lightweight internal knitted nylon ply. As a result, they deliver long service life, safe operation and consistent abrasive flow during abrasive blasting. These characteristics make blast hoses a reliable choice for demanding surface preparation environments.
Air Hoses for Reliable Compressed Air Supply
A stable compressed air supply plays a key role in efficient blasting operations. Therefore, we supply air hoses with inner diameters ranging from ¼” up to 2”, supporting a wide range of blasting setups and compressor capacities.
The hoses feature a UV- and ageing-resistant black fabric finish, which protects the hose against environmental exposure. Consequently, operators maintain reliable airflow, flexibility and safety throughout prolonged use in industrial blasting environments. To complement this range we provide a wide range of blasting accessories to be paired with the correct hoses.
Suction and Discharge Hoses for Material Handling
Surface treatment operations often require the controlled transport of bulk materials. Therefore, we provide suction and discharge hoses in multiple executions to support efficient material handling in surface preparation workflows.
Operators use these hoses to move new and spent abrasives, sand, pebbles, sludge and similar materials. As a result, suction and discharge hoses play an important role in maintaining continuity within blasting processes, especially when combined with abrasive recycling systems.
